Patient is 55-year-old, right hand dominant, otherwise healthy female with left volar forearm melanoma (3.6 mm in depth).
Melanoma was resected and excised. Wound was debrided and washed out. Restrata Sheet was applied to wound followed by a bolster to ensure consistent contact with the wound bed.
Patient developed a healthy granulation base and received a split-thickness skin graft (STSG) at Week 4 after initial application of Restrata. Patient made a full recovery.
